Publication Frequency
Indonesian Law Journal started publishing yearly in 2006, started publishing online 2019. Since 2020, this journal publishes twice a year in July and December.
ILJ accepts manuscripts in the following forms:
- Research Articles: Original research based on doctrinal, empirical, comparative, interdisciplinary, or other appropriate scholarly methodologies.
- Jurisprudence: Scholarly analyses of judicial decisions, legal doctrines, and the development of jurisprudence.
- Literature Reviews: Critical and systematic reviews of relevant legal literature that identify developments, debates, research gaps, and emerging perspectives.
- Case Studies: In-depth examinations of specific legal cases, regulatory practices, institutional experiences, or legal phenomena that provide meaningful academic and practical insights.
All submitted manuscripts must be consistent with the journal's Aims and Scope, comply with the Author Guidelines, and follow the prescribed Journal Template. Manuscripts that fail to meet these requirements may be returned to the authors for revision before entering the editorial screening process.
